Anti Matter

Hardly any one in the place. Took grandkids. We ordered a no1. A happy meal plus apple chips. The man who took order said it will be awhile. So handed us a number to put on our table. Only one other person in place. Drive in was slow. Food arrived after 15 minutes! Was cold. I was stunned. We waited 15 minutes for cold food. My granddaughter said grampa please don't say anything. She said she was too hungry to wait again. So we ate cold food. It's amazing how differently miccy Ds are.

It is rare for me to post a review, especially one as negative as this one. The service at this location is so non existent it can barely be considered service. The person taking my order at the drive through was mumbling so quietly it was more like he was secreting words, this isn't the first time I've encountered this poorly trained employee. I already knew when I heard the lackadaisical tone of his voice that everything on my order would be incorrect. I ordered two deluxe sandwiches and two large fries. When I pulled up to the first window and they confirmed my order, I corrected her because he put medium fries on the order instead of the aforementioned large fries, she assured me that it was corrected. At the second window the man again said two deluxe sandwiches and 2 medium fries, I corrected him and he just brushed it off and said, 'oh no, I meant large'. They were not large, they were in fact a very disappointingly soggy and cold medium fries, and this is just the tip of the iceberg. Upon opening my sandwiches, one of them only contained the protein and tomatoes, the other had only protein and lettuce, this was a crushing disappointment and I don't know why I keep going back. Your poorly trained and managed staff have made your drive through about as useful as nailing jello to a tree. The cashier also did not provide me with a receipt to make a formal complaint with, all I have is a grill slip with the time and my order number, this all transpired 30 minutes prior to me writing this review. -Kyle Hewitt A concerned customer

Literally the most ridiculous place to order from. Order through Grubhub, gets delivered, and these guys send fries and two things of nuggets, missing the drinks and literally four sandwich's? I wish I could say it isn't often but it is literally every time, they forget something. Ive also had drivers request I cancel order due to the times they make them wait. Absolutely ridiculous. Have better luck with day shift.

Extremely long wait. I had a delivery order I was picking up since I had to wait anyways I ordered a happy meal. Took forever to get them to come to register and take my order even though someone in front of me got her order taken the employee figured walking away after taking her order was a good idea guess she deserved a brake after that much much work. Psh . Also took awhile for them to even ask what order I had for delivery. No reason yall get paid enough work for the money!
