They were super short staffed today, but they all did their best with smiles (even while being yelled at over french fries). Nationally, McDonald's has to figure out a better way to make mobile orders work for pick up in the restaurant; the crew never seems to know that there's a mobile order, regardless of location.

Used a mobile discount deal with a sandwich and free soda and free fries. I customized the sandwich, which added some additional cost (that's okay). Unfortunately they ignored the customized items and I got the original sandwich and the soda and fries at the original price. The discount was wasted and I got a sandwich I didn't ask for. (not okay)

Couldn’t even eat the McChicken due to the brown obviously bad lettuce.

This place is disgusting. Not the first time my food has came out like this. Food comes out either burnt or soggy, and thrown into bag falling apart. Drinks either are watery or have a strange after taste. Seems the workers don't care. At the window or inside, workers always have an attitude. Place inside stinks like rotten eggs and everyone seems to stand around having conversations more than doing their job.
