They sold me a failed cell phone, what do I do? At 7 months, it made a failure, they told me it was a random failure, and now the warranty is over, and the fault turned into total disappointment with the product.

Claim the same, they will review it and there is luck and they change it, beyond the end of the guarantee, if they have registered their claim of what they considered a random failure
