Unprofessional staff.listen to music while waiting in queue, only to be told by a recorded message when you’re next in line unable to take your call to leave a message. Technician are very nice helpful professional. The front desk very unprofessional staff.

Excellent customer service. My technician Isis was very kind and with a positive attitude. Isis handled my procedure with Great care. My appointment was at 11:30 a.m. I was done by 11:50.

My complaint is that the reception area and the patient area is the same. The patients hear all the phone conversations. As I am sitting and hearing their conversations, the staff is talking about the patients behind their back after they hang up the phone with each other. The staff is complaining that the patients don’t know about insurance, when they are supposed to come in, the patients are rude, etc. Now one lady is complaining she’s been on the phone and doesn’t have time to pee. The whole conversation is on speakerphone with a patient. I really don’t need to hear this sitting here. This will be my first and last time coming here. I wish I can give zero stars, but it doesn’t let me. Needless to say, it’s a big cluster in the front.

Never have I dealt with such unprofessional and incompetent office staff. DO NOT SCHEDULE or visit this location for any medical services. Starting from the front of the house to the Lady manager. This office and management staff is so incompetent that they lie to the patients in order to cancel emergency appointments scheduled for MRI weeks before for them to leave the office earlier and have the patient comes back at their convenience. They even argued with you over the phone that your case is not an emergency in order to cancel your appointments. Stay away from this office completely . This is our 4th time experiencing this behavior from this management office and the manager has lied and promised to follow up and nothing has happened. A most formal complaint. Will be follow against this office staff in the next days. A staff like this is not to operate freely in our neighborhoods, is unprofessional, they are liars and incompetent.
