It's that time of year in which new people are being brought in to replace old ones. The problem with being New is having a lack of know-how. It's always possible that someone is still being trained. While it might seem rude to bring up their mistakes and ask for them to be rectified... It helps the staff learn to be better at their jobs. We're all only human.
Now that my daughter isn't there anymore, the place is going downhill.
If you went thru the drive through, you best bet is actually go in. Some of these young people can NEVER get your order correctly.
