According yo wikipedia it opened in 1969.
I worked there at Sears in the paint department when I was a teenager it was 1970 for 1971 I know the place was new cuz I live in Clifton and always was up there but I wasn't sure the year that it was built
Look it up on google. I would think pretty new.
