As Angelica mentioned the church does baby dedications and all family members are encouraged to be a part of this wonderful tradition. Baptisms are performed on believers who are old enough to understand and comprehend the nature of their sin, a need for a savior, that Jesus Christ is our savior, accept Christ as their savior and then following that decision you can be baptized. So, not so much physical age but an age of recognition of what you're doing and a personal matured decision. Hope that helps.
They do infant dedications but not infant baptisms. Baptisms are done by immersion on older kids and up.
