I was looking to trade in my Infiniti lease twice with them and they never got back to me. The first time they said they would run the numbers and I never got a call back. Weeks passed they asked for a second chance and Madi asked for all my current information on the Infiniti I was trading in and said she’ll get back to me shortly (that was in the morning). I had to follow up later on that day and I told her last time they told me that I waited weeks and no answer. She replied with “haha sorry my manager is working on it and we’ve had a busy day”. Here we are three days later and still no call no email no numbers. Car dealers especially sawgrass Infiniti don’t care for business now. They have a take it or leave it mentality. I hope people do their homework. Nonetheless their loss I moved on to another SUV and mfg.

The service here was terrible. I came here with my friend from their accident and it took almost 3 months for relatively minor damages to be replaced. Not only that but they would promise multiple times my friend would get their car back and yet there was always an excuse that stopped them from doing so.
