This question is for the owner. Why is your delivery process so difficult? I expected delivery this morning at 7:00 a.m. then 3:00 p.m. then I received a call at 6 p.m. that my furniture would be delivered at 10 p.m. Who delivers furniture at 10 p.m!

Got delivery all went smooth. Works great. Drivers very professional!!! I definitely recommend rtg in boca. Ty again John Licari (salesman)

Maria i am not the owner but i have to say that me too had a wait almost two weeks for my furniture and after bedroom room and dining was set i discovered that there was not sofa wich i had a wait another week plus one chair had a little white paint. But finally chair's fine ,sofa awesome, bedroom marvelous and me happy. They really have beautiful things for nice prices and the customer service was awesome . That was on Glades Rd Boca Raton. Hang in there you will be happy after, because i have to admit their pieces of furniture last long. Good luck to you.
