After spending over 1200 dollars on a small couch the zip code was wrong and nothing could be done until the following day after 4pm…. The order was placed over the phone where associate had entered incorrectly and was verbally told to change it…. It was never changed and customer service refuses to compensate for invalid address. They have not heard my account of what happened as truth and are sticking to the black and white “rules” staying there is no compensation for incorrect address. They must have ignored my explanation and repeated this 3 plus times. We have already waited two weeks (despite advertisements for same day delivery) and god knows how long we will wait again because we can’t re-schedule a delivery until after 4 pm tomorrow. I am livid and appalled at the lack of customer service. We have already been in lawn chairs for two weeks. I will NEVER use or recommend Rooms to Go and regret leaving a positive review originally. What is half off of an 80-90 dollar delivery fee to a giant corporation like this? We definitely deserve some kind of compensation that they will not have. I’m disgusted.

The place is nice and clean and has plenty of choice. We were looking for a very specific dining table set with white bottom and brown wood top, NOT farmhouse style. Ray M was very helpful to find what we need, explained about additional warranty and helped to find suitable accessories. We had visited Ikea, Ashley's, City Furniture, Macy's Furniture, some other places and purchased from this "Rooms To Go" location with Ray's help.
