Why did you refuse Jerry Seinfeld and Mathew Broderick when they just wanted to come for a coffee.. seems a bit petty to me.

Hi Anne - We actually just weren't open yet when Jerry first came by. He was able to come in later though - it was awesome to meet him! (We also don't serve coffee, but he was able to get a cup elsewhere.)

Haha, I just found this Patagonia while watching the show and came to ask this exact question! Is there a corporate policy against filming in the store? Why does a retail shop have a doorman? Why couldn't the door guy get a manager to decide?
