Very disorganized store and extremely understaffed. The wait for a dressing room and to check out is 30+ minutes. I asked for a different size and was told it would take 20+ minutes to grab it from the back.

Yes Zara is open on the 4th. The only time they will not be open is on New Years Day or Christmas.
I have a friend who works there and told me the reason they don't answer their phone sometimes is bc cashiers are in charge of checking customers out while assisting customers with phone checks and there aren't enough cashiers sometimes. I think they should have a designated person for phone calls especially during hours when it picks up at the store. If they don't pick up in the morning its bc there aren't many cashiers in the first couple hours after opening.
I think that without a receipt you'll have to contact the store again in order to obtain tracking information.
