I have a friend who works there and told me the reason they don't answer their phone sometimes is bc cashiers are in charge of checking customers out while assisting customers with phone checks and there aren't enough cashiers sometimes. I think they should have a designated person for phone calls especially during hours when it picks up at the store. If they don't pick up in the morning its bc there aren't many cashiers in the first couple hours after opening.
They are busy they don't have alot of workers
THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONES. WOULD JUST LIKE TO KNOW IF THEY HAVE MY SIZE BEFORE GOING ALL THE WAY THERE. DISGRACEFUL. EVEN WHEN YOU GO THERE YOU CANT GET ANYONE TO HELP. NO WONDER ALL THESE STORES ARE CLOSING - THE STAFF JUST DONT CARE.
