I had a friend that got arrested , he used my address because he was staying with me at the time , when the cops are looking for him that will come to my house , who do i contact to remove my address from his records ?

It's better if you update and explain the situation to both agencies (West Palm Beach Police and P.B.S.O.) the complete and whole information of your friends. If you report it to both agencies most likely what happens next is that your address will be out of the detective's places of interest.

You can contact the PD directly 822-1900. But. It's not a big deal. No police are gonna kick down your door. Normal warrants cops are decent guys who approach it as a normal course of business. They will knock and hear the change of address and move on to the 100s of others to pick up. The real serious charges are handled by US Marshal`s Task Force. They will surveil before making contact. You are in no danger.
