I called up to see if they could deliver some flowers to my wife after our dog passed away. They immediately suggested a beautiful basket of flowers with a small arrangement that would look like a dog. They delivered the basket to my wife at work, in under an hour, and she was completely stunned. Thank you so much!

If I could give this place 0 Stars I would, their customer service sucks, I just went there to get a thousand roses & I was there for nearly 1 hour & to top it off the girl that was there didn’t even Speak English ughh I wouldn’t recommend this place.

PLEASE find a different local florist!! I placed an order for Mother's day and it was never delivered. I understand that Mother's day is a extremely high volume day for florists. However, cancelling and refunding an order without any type of notification is just unprofessional. When I contacted "Dennis", he had zero sympathy or remorse. His customer support consisted of "Are you sure you have the right store"...I had a paid receipt with their number & "too bad". The reason for the cancellation was due to not servicing that zip code but did not provide any notification of the cancellation, thus taking away my option to order from someone else in time for the holiday. If you don't deliver to certain areas, your website should reflect that or at the very least not allow you to put the order through. Dennis stated he doesn't care about bad reviews but hopefully, someone will see this and move on to find another reputable local florist.

My brother recently passed away unexpectedly and having bought flowers from Flowers to go for years went and ordered an arrangement on 4/9 at 9am for his service on 4/10 at 10am and was told they would be delivered before 10am Arriving at the funeral parlor you can imagine my disappointment when they were not there and only to arrive 45 min. into the service.This new management clearly has no care or regard for there customers. I strongly recommend you find another florist.

Our team is COVID safe & aware. Our designers and customer service staff wear masks, gloves and customers are asked to space themselves out appropriately when waiting for florals. We do have curbside pickup and no contact delivery as well!
