My mother spent 10 years at Cresthaven East Senior Living and it may have been the 10 best years of her life. She entered at a young 75 with Dementia that progressively worsened over time. She had her meds regulated along with alcohol and she loved it. She went on every outing, every dinner, participated in every card game, movie night and utilized the hair dresser. We could not have been happier with how she was treated and how well she loved the place. She was not an easy person but it was the perfect place for her. She was treated with dignity and respect and felt like she belonged, not like a patient. Thank you.

This place is run on a shoestring and with amazing levels of inadequacy and incompetency. I recommend not wasting your time getting your hopes up for this facility, as lapses in communication, failure to follow through on nearly anything, and no oversight whatsoever by anyone with even a shred of competency will leave you shaking your head. I'm not new to ALF game, but I've never seen anything this poorly run.

I have no complaints. They take care of my 94 year old dad and are always communicating with me when he has an issue. It’s not fancy but it’s clean and doesn’t smell.After the pandemic started their care level went to a zero! Don’t put a loved one there!
