It is delicious, but they don't have the GF on their menu so i would assume there is cross contamination. You could call to double check though. Circles Thai in Collingwood has some GF markers on their menu, might be a safer bet and they are just as delicious as Sanook.

There is gluten free options, for example pad Thai just using other sauce.

I'm not sure I would call the restaurant. But I can tell you it's delicious.
