I'm not surprised at all. This location has had horrid staff for years. I'm not sure who is hiring the same type of employee each time, but it seems deliberate. The supervisors are one in the same with staff. Full of attitude, no people skills, has difficulty behaving in a non-hostile manner. Back in the day I worked fast food, and I've seen staff behave this way when they were trying to negatively impact the locations profit. They are successful. There are two other fast food locations near Carls that ALWAYS have customers when Carl's Jr will have zero.
