Fraudulent, billed 3 times even though I haven't heard or went to his company ever

I was in a time crunch and needed my PCR test results fast. They said it would take 48 hours, it only took about 12. I got my results at 1 a.m. the next day, on a weekend, even though they are closed. Thank you Fulgent and county health :) I am so grateful that I didn't have to pay for an expensive PCR test. People are price gouging now.

I can’t believe fulgent billed my insurance company $360.00 per Covid test. Luckily my insurance company can’t bill me this because of some Covid rule. I just think that they are taking advantage of Covid testing.

Why are we still waiting for COVID test results, when we were told it would be 24 to 48 hours! It is now over 60 hours! It has messed up my wife's schedule--she had several commitments that had to be cancelled!!!!!

You register on their website and they ship you a test, you swab yourself and mail back the test, or drop off in their box. Results the next day

I am awaiting results of a COVID-19 test from the appointment: FSS-APT00362614. Test Kit received on Tue/05/2021. When will I get it?
