Yes you can bring in bakery cakes and you can reserve a room also. You would need to contact our event coordinator at 618-394-6466 and she will be able to assist you in your planning of the party. You can have it in a private setting or if it is a smaller group you can just make a reservation in the restaurant. Give us a call and let us help.
I would say they probably would allow birthday cake but of course you might want to check 1st. As far as bears I don't think they'd allow baloo the bear to come in
