It was a chaotic ballet of various people trying to help me amid multiple criss-crossing lines and a cycle of hurry up and wait. Registration documents they needed were different than what I was told a day before, but they assisted getting the getting the necessary documents faxed on the spot from the financing company.

I had an experience with a lady who got angry because she had to repeat a few times because I didn't understand what she was saying to me because English is my second language. I felt treated with racism. I can't understand why they don't hire qualified and respectful people. And when my license arrived, it expired the same day as the old one! at the end of the month! so avoid that agency is preferable you go to Granite City the are very professional and nice!

Super quick and easy, they were extremely kind and professional, as well as happy to answer questions. I was worried about the service and wait because it's a DMV but I was pleasantly surprised. Got both vehicles' registration paperwork set up, a new drivers license, and registered to vote in under 40 minutes.

The 1st time I went it was after lunch and pretty packed.. They got us in made sure we had our paperwork before putting anyone inside. After I was inside, It took about 25 to 30 minutes to finish up. Just make sure you read the form that your information is on when you get your license. One letter of my name was messed up, so I had to go back and redo the process which took less time. I got the sticker for my vehicle which took even less time than that because they have a separate line for that. The sticker line starts at the folding sign.

Go to the DMV. Turn in your old, valid out-of-state license with proof of insurance, residency, and possibly signature proof, pay the fee and pass the written exam.
Pretty good. Cleaning the counter after every visit. When I went last week they had us line up outside and ask you what you are there for. From that point they que you up im the right line and being you in once a socially distanced space was available. I was second in line for my license sticker upon arrive at 3.
