Fantastic venue. The building is massive- the largest Hofbräuhaus in North America. The food is consistently delicious and all our staff were friendly. We dined here for lunch on my birthday and had a fantastic time. If you are looking for a great atmosphere and a great time, look no further! Thank you Hofbrau for a good time, and thank you Maddie for providing excellent service

1st time here! We came on a Sunday late afternoon around 330 pm. It wasn’t busy at all. We got seated right away. Service was great. Our food was good. Definitely would recommend. It’s definitely cool seeing that they make their own beer there. There’s a gift shop right when you walk in. There’s inside seating or outside. There’s a bean bag/ corn hole game outside. There is definitely plenty of parking and seating.

The crowd makes or breaks this place. I came in on a Friday for lunch and was literally the only guest in this cavernous space. Don’t do that. Come when there’s a band and a crowd to get the full experience. The beer is good ($5 for 1/2 L, $10 for 1L). The large pretzel ($10 + $3 for beer cheese) was dry, overly salted, and disappointing. But when you’re longing to go back to Munich, this is the best place nearby.

The first impression is great. A beer outside and a game of bags is always nice. We tried to sit down outside and was told we need to see the hostess. No problem. There was Manager #1 who welcomed us and said it would be a few mins. We told him we'd never been there and he told us his 3 favorite dishes and what beer he liked. There were only 4 kinds, but we went with his recommendations. The beer was ok if I'm being honest. The food was great, especially with the brown gravy. The band that came on was awesome. They sang covers in German and English. They did some polka songs as well. People were up and dancing, keeping beat on the heavy tables and then things got weird. Manager #2 comes up mid-song and she started screaming, "Turn it down! Turn it down! We've already told you." The band stopped and it sounded like Wonk-wonk-wahhh. It was awkward. I talked to Manager #1 and he said "Yeah, it's really loud up at the front and we've had complaints in the past because the music carries through the hall." We were sitting right in front of the band, but Ok, maybe it does carry. He said, "Is there anything else I can help you with? " I told the band who were all in their mid-50 to 60's, and they said "It isn't even our sound system." We talked to Manager #2 to let her know that they needed help with the sound if they wanted it turned down. She was talking with an employee and I waited for a couple of minutes before I said "Excuse me," and explained about the sound system. She wasn't too happy with me, but it was one of the most unprofessional things I've seen in a while. Cool to check out once, but I don't need to go back.
