Very disappointed. Went there this morning through the drive thru for breakfast, was told they were not open yet. Said she was the only one. How sad! Where are the owners of this franchise. Why are they not doing something to help? They're representing Burger King, and this place is going down hill.

The original chicken sandwich my sister ordered was good, but I ordered a BigKing and asked for no onions, but they gave me onions, and forgot my pickles. And the burger wasn't completely cold, but it most definitely wasn't hot, and basically tasted like it was sitting there for hours. The drive thru was backed up and took forever. But ut was an okay experience.

Burger King what in the world happened to your takeout bags? Almost every time I get food from this this store bag is ripped before I get in the house. They're not even strong enough to keep the food warm at all. I am about to give up coming to this place because cold fast food is what not what I came here for. Corporate if you're not going to open the dining room at least give us a decent bag too bring the food home in. The soda taste flat every time also. More restaurants and grocery stores need to keep in mind the customer . We are not numbers we are humans.

They were literally the only fast food restaurant still open at 4:00 p.m. during the freeze of early Feb 2022.  We had to wait a little while, but the order was cooked to order, fresh off the grill.  Exceptionally great customer service & friendly demeanor under austere conditions.
