I’ve been living here since 2017 and ONLY left because I had to move to a different state. Amy (the property manager) hands down has the BEST customer service skills and truly looks out for and simply cares about her tenants. I loved living in Rockwood Apartments and I’ll sadly probably never get the awesome experience that I got there. Again, I highly recommend this property. You will LOVE IT!

No complaints living here. Property is well taken care of, I call the office for maintenance and the property manager, Amy sends maintenance right away. Very professional friendly staff. I’ve never had any issues reaching anyone at the office and have enjoyed my apt. I will be renewing my lease until I receive orders

As a former tenant at Rockwood for 7 years I first want to say that shame on these people for the false accusations to a business. Just reading through some of these it clearly shows that someone has some personal issues against the manager and stating nothing of actually living here. To go against someone’s job like that is very sad. I had a wonderful experience at Rockwood and was sad to leave my apartment but my husband got orders and we relocated out of state. But we still recommend it to friends that get stationed at Scott and mainly because of the manager! I can’t speak for everyone but I would believe that most present and past renters would agree with me when I say that I never witnessed any of such reviews during my time at Rockwood. Amy the property manager was always very professional, friendly, and handled any of our maintenance request in a quick manner. During my stay she was always great at her job and seemed to go above and beyond for that complex. The apartments always seemed to be rented so something must be done right. We always joked with her that she dedicated too much of her time doing her job because she is always there. As far as the complex I have no complaints, grounds was always kept up and maintenance was on point. The only issue I would say is parking spaces and a little more lighting for walking pets etc.

Couldn’t agree more with these reviews. Amy has been extremely unprofessional towards us and I’m glad we decided to rent elsewhere. A few things this office and staff should work towards; Manners, answering phones, returning phone calls, having someone at the office during office hours and greeting on the phone and in person professionally. I will be informing the city and the base to not refer or recommend this place.
