Not sure they have a gluten-free menu but if you're avoiding carbs you might just get the sandwich without the bun
You can get plates instead of sandwiches if you're avoiding gluten. But if you actually have cilliac (sp?) I don't know if they go to the trouble of making sure different utensils are used or stuff like that.
