The room was dirty. There were wrappers left in the bedroom. We stayed in a suite that had 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. The pull out couch was moldy so my kids couldn't sleep on it. The room smelled very musty and parts of the carpet were sticky. The bedding had stains and I prayed that they had actually been washed. Service was okay.

Decent hotel, lots of chlorine in the pool. The breakfast was the standard fare. The rooms are clean for the most part. The sheets and blankets are polyester so they were not comfortable. I didn’t notice the stains until the daylight. The managers were very friendly. The location is a bit out of the way for St. Louis Attractions.

The rooms were relatively clean and the breakfast edible. Unfortunately, our hotel room would not lock and you didn’t need a key to get in. We called and stopped by the front desk multiple times to get it fixed. The room phone did not work. My husband picked up the alarm clock to reset it and sparks flew out of it. The front desk lady ran hot and cold with her attitude which I somewhat understand since in the three days we stayed, she was the only employee that we ever saw.

I hadn’t had a chance to write a review but when going through photos, I came across some I had taken of the room to be able to provide. My husband and I decided to surprise our kids with a last minute trip to see a Cardinals game. Since it was a on the fly trip, hotels were already been booked closer to the stadium however we came across this one which wasn’t too far away. We came in from San Antonio, Tx and this wasn’t the first Choice Hotel we have stayed. Unfortunately this hotel was very poorly maintained. The room appeared to be dirty, the couch looked filthy, walls and bathroom were not much better. There was what I was hoping was food and not vomit stuck on a wall near entry door. The carpet felt disgusting when barefoot as it had never been cleaned before. I made everyone wear their shoes at all times until the got in the bed. It actually felt sticky. It was gross. I would have left but unfortunately there were no other hotels with availability due to the game that weekend so we had to stick it out. I will never stay at this location again. This hotel needs a complete overhaul. The only positive was the front desk staff was polite at check-in and check-out.

I WOULD ADVISE NOT RIDING THE BUS... The bus is never on time
Yes pet friendly
There's a couple different ways to do this. 1: Contact the manager see what help they're able to give. 2: Go to your local Red Cross. 3: Several different Churches will be there to help you. 4: Social services/ food stamp office.
