Google "Nebraska Total Care" will take you right to website
You can call Nebraska Total Care at 1-844-385-2192 and select the option for transportation or you can go to: https://www.nebraskatotalcare.com. Click on the For Members heading along the top, then on the left side of the screen, click on Benefits and Services. The list of benefits and services will expand, Transportation is the last item in the list. Click on the word, Transportation. In the middle of the screen, there will be a link to use the MTM member portal. This is different from the Nebraska Total Care member portal.
