The doctors are fine but the nursing staff is lacking greatly. They do not call you back when they say they will. I had to wait two weeks before I finally got a hold of anyone to find out that they hadn't scheduled me for a procedure that I need. Nurses expect you to answer their calls when they call you cannot call back or they won't give you the information. They literally told me they would just call me back tomorrow and if I answer would go over stuff with me.

Nurses here are so rude. My husband asked for me to be back with him and they refused. It is not against their policy to have people back in the rooms with you they just don't care about patient comfort. Then they would not update me on his procedure. I am listed as a person to talk to because my husband hates doctors and would rather me do all the talking but the nurses refuse to communicate with anyone that is not the direct patient. For a pain center they are robots that are uncaring. It feels unwelcoming and like they couldn't care less .

Our meeting with Dr, Burd was great, We were very impressed have tried several times to contact his office with his caring and knowledge, BIG PROBLEM I have tried several times to contact his office, only get machine that tells me they will call me back,The one time a lady answered she said would contact the office by e-mail still no answer. I am needing appointment for scan of back, said could do in Kearney, A person by name Tammie was person on voice mail answer machine, Please help me so I can get my back fixed./ Problem solved my phone was the problem the Dr, office called my wife phone and we set times,

About 58 miles. She sees Dr McClellan, he is the surgeon and Dr Ladd is the pain Dr. All are highly recommend. They are on California st.

Not at this time as it is still fairly new. We will await more research data to prove its safety and effectiveness before we consider adding to our service line. We do, however, offer several minimally invasive procedures that replace the need for a major spine fusion. These procedures have proven results and are approved by most major insurance carriers.
