FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!! The NE "PARTIAL" CARE website - (they care IF you have insurance!) - states they offer FREE, nurse-on-call services. NOPE!!!! The phone menu doesn't get you to customer service. When you do call with a question for the nurse (remember - THIS IS A FREE SERVICE) they won't help you unless you get interrogated about you health insurance info. IF THIS IS FREE, WHY ARE THEY ASKING? Luckily, i called BryanLGH, was connected with a nurse - who potentially saved my life. At PARTIAL CARE, the customer service is unattentive, argumentative, unable to address your concerns, and they ONLY WANT YOUR $$$.

I go thru Creighton's Dental Clinic but they only cover $750 plus they don't include preventive care such as cleanings. You have to come out of pocket for that which is virtually impossible when on SSI.
Just stating: MTM isnt all its cracked up to be.
Silver Sneakers is offered by Medicare. Check with your Medicare agent for more information on that program

Wal-Mart, Walgreens, CVS, Dollar General, & Family Dollar-check the web site to search the catalog for each store.
We will cover DME for members if it is medical necessity. Every member is different, you can have your provider call us with procedure codes as an authorization may be needed.
