I tried to make an appointment online and thought I succeeded to get there to find out I didn't have an appointment. It was 1110 and I was told they could squeeze me in at 1pm. I walked out. Seriously I drove 20 miles and this is a walk in salon. Almost 2 hours later is unexceptable. I went almost next door and got in in about 30 min.

Not pleased at all. My sister made me an appointment. I came from Red lion pa. First of all I didn't get a wash because I didn't need it. Then I showed a picture and explained. I wanted my hair feathered. Well the girl started cutting my hair. Dry mind you. WTH. Them she continues and says how does that feel . I said it doesn't feather and not what I want. So she blowed it out after spraying it and it still was not good. She said I can let someone else look. Well hell no get me out of here. Then rings up 25.00. what should be 5.00. I will definitely go above for my money back. Not pleased at Ll 🤬

I called and got an appointment right away. Linda Mausteller did a good job and very friendly. She also sold me some hair products.I went to Holiday Hair in Williamsport.

The pricing is out this world.i could have went a few more miles and paid a third of the price for the same thing.
