I totally agree and I also have the bible app. But my question has not been answered. I asked "why the pastor donot read from the actual bible"? Are you saying that there is no longer a need and that the bible "book" is no longer necessary in your church?The original bible should never be out dated in our churches pulpit.
Now a days many people have the bible on their electronic devices. I have the bible app on my cellphone and I love it. I actually read a little bit from the bible several times a day since it's so handy and ready available. It has helped me a lot.
