Yes and request patrons wear them throughout the performances. Patrons removed masks to eat and drink.
They did a reasonable job distancing people at a recent show - at least in the balcony. They would have done better to leave an empty row between all guests, but there was room to spread out and distance yourself once the show started. And I'd estimate 80% of people wore their masks the entire time. I'd say the balcony was probably at 1/10th capacity, with some clusters that were probably large groups that were going to sit together anyways.
Yes, they do and they take the temperature at three door. BUT once people are in the premises, some of them take their masks off... And the playhouse staff don't enforce it (I don't think they have enough staff to do that though).
