I’m very satisfied with the service provided. I don’t live in Cocoa but if I ever have an issue when I’m there, I would definitely use them again! I dropped my car off when they were closed. I put my key in an envelope with my name and number through the slot. Nate the GM called me the following morning. I explain what was wrong and he said he would try to fit me in. He called back and told me what was wrong and the price of the repair. He said he would get it done that day so I could get back home. My car was fixed by mid afternoon. I got back home with no issues! If you need a reliable mechanic this is the place to go to!!

The so-called man that goes by the name of Nate in the front office is one of the rudest, most inconsiderate, chauvinistic, jerks I've ever had to interface with. He speaks to women with a very rude, insincere and sense of superiority tone in his voice. He was particularly disrespectful, when I called the shop to get ahold of my daughter's father, because there was an emergency at school. You sir are no gentleman. You should definitely learn how to talk to women. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well to let them know that you were not female-friendly. Have a blessed day!
