I would not do that in Florida. Gators can get in any body of water, even fenced ones. I do not know if they have had amoeba there, but they had them at another lake just down the road. Never swallow or submerge your head.
No.
Lakes are swimmable during specific times of the year. Call (321) 255-4307 before swimming.
I guess you can people do
Goo to the beach
No gators in these lakes i grew up in the neighborhood behind wickham park and visited frequently for 40 years never seen a gator lol anyways you might encounter a softshell turtle or maybe a small snapping turtle but dont be alarmed there not there to eat you lmao. Nice lakes got to admit it was better in the 80s and 90s but there is alot of things to do there and camp. 4 stars my rating to 5.
Yes you can swim there .... They test the water to make sure it is safe !
Not at Wickham Park. Also very shalow.
I certainly wouldn't swim in those waters unless you want things swimming in your ears like amoebas. And a possibility of alligators. Some things you just don't see until it's too late. I personally wouldn't swim in that water.
No they use to be but I don't think they are anymore.
NO!!! Flesh eating amoebas presen
Any body of water is "swimmable" if you're brave enough. Honestly though, they're really swim at your own risk. I wouldn't suggest it.
I've seen people in them. But there are lots of turtles. Haven't seen a gator but you never know.
No. I don’t think so. Unless you’d like to swim with alligators.
