To be 100% accurate....the answer would be you are not allowed to park under the bridge however there is parking available right across the street where it says public parking... it's not a park it's a Promenade fishing Pier open all night. The park starts under the bridge where the murals are painted on the columns.
There is a boat ramp on Front Street and Melbourne Avenue and I have seen people launch kayaks paddleboards next to the train track
