Every 90 minutes it orbits the Earth but whether it passes over your location is a different thing. That's not really something heavily talked about at Kennedy Space Center. However, according to the ISS Detector app (you can get it on your phone) the next time the ISS will pass north Central Florida is Friday at 4:26 am. Seeing it also depends on cloud cover and whether or not it's in the Earth's shadow -those are only some of the factors that determine whether you'll see it or not.
Go to spotthestation.nasa.gov. This site should tell you when you can see it.
