Is there a trail all the way to Blue Lake fish hatchery or around to Fickle Hill?

There is currently no official trail from the Arcata Community Forest trail system to Blue Lake. There is a plan to install one along the old rail system that parallels West End Rd. The Community Forest trail system can be accessed at the Fickle Hill Rd Trail Head where trail 18 and 9 parallel the road.
