How much does it charge for one bedroom apartment?

My friend just moved into these apartments. And I believe she said they were $700-$750, but part of her rent is subsidised by HUD so she is paying much less than that. The one bedroom apts are very spacious though and very clean. And they are in a very peaceful setting with lots of greenery around. Hope this helps.

Do you have housing for "fixed income" seniors? What percentage of the income is charged for rent?
