Keto diets are generally not fruit friendly ( Bowls are fresh and frozen fruit blends with granola layers ) with the exception of small portions of berries. As for carbs, I would ask the folks there for numbers as portions etc factor in. Keto allows for a % of daily intake to come from carbs...maybe one of the smaller treats will work.
They are not Keto friendly in that they are all fruit, and some fruits have a higher carb count.
The bowls are not keto friendly due to the granola and fruit. The best bet is to get an Original Yumberry Smoothie (all berries) with coconut or almond milk and add a scoop of protein. That is probably the lowest carb item and still very very yummy!!
