Friendly service, quality food! Only change I would ask for is more bowls with some protein in them like nuts or nutbutter. <3

Waited 45 minutes for two bowls. Then after we ate we both got sick.

Food itself was OK Definitely not worth the price!!!!! Customer Service was very poor, Waited 20 minutes for our food , 4 cars behind us got out of line and left. It was my family's 1st time trying this place you will never go back!!!!!!

Keto diets are generally not fruit friendly ( Bowls are fresh and frozen fruit blends with granola layers ) with the exception of small portions of berries. As for carbs, I would ask the folks there for numbers as portions etc factor in. Keto allows for a % of daily intake to come from carbs...maybe one of the smaller treats will work.

Natural or not, too many carbs can be dangerous to diabetics or others with special diet requirements. Best to check the ingredients of each bowl you are interested in. You can ask for adjustments based on your requirements. On average, there are 17 grams of carbs in 1 tablespoon of honey, these bowls come dripping with honey. The granola most likely has honey in it too. Yes, they are all full of natural carbs. They are still carbs. These bowls have a lot of good whole foods in them. Keeping it natural doesn't always mean good for you. They are perfect for my active teens who need a charge before athletics. They actually can be quite filling. They always taste great! Enjoy! 😄
