Why would the court give the disable and autism kids to the mom who never worked , cooked clean them , leave them in heat in side the front car day having sex in the back oh the car

The only way child protective services can take any child from parents is when there on drugs, children are being abused or there is no running water. Unfortunately child has to be injured in some way for abuse to be acknowledged and there has to be some kind of proof to go along with allegations.

WHEN Did This Happen? Was There ANY PROOF Of The Above Allegations?? IT SHOULD NOT IN ANY WAY WHAT SO EVER MATTER WEATHER OR NOT ANY CHILD HAS ANY KIND OF "DISABILITY/DISABILITIES" WEATHER OR NOT THEY ARE REMOVED FROM ANY HOME OR NOT!!!!!! NOT BEING RUDE WHAT SO EVER!! JUST SAYING!!!
