What happened to "Meenan service"? No oil delivery, have been on hold 45 minutes. No heat!!. Didn't they prepare? So disappointed!!!

9/16/19 I called to inquire when I may expect oil delivery since I replaced my oil tank last week. I am unable to get through...nobody is picking up.
