I have 2 female spayed cats that I can no longer care for. One is 9 yrs. old and the other is 5yrs. old. Is there a process for surrendering them? I don't have much time. I moved and am currently housing them without the landlord knowing.

If you live in Bloomfield or Nutley, you can bring them down there for a fee.

Call them. There may be a surrender fee. If not, I suggest you make a donation to help care for your cats. Make it a good-faith monthly donation.

Call and ask if the shelter has room. If they do you should be able to bring the cats and surrender them.
