It depends on what you need. If it's plucking hair, the groomers will do it. If it's a medical condition, the veterinary side (Banfield) will help you.
All the times I took my dog to Petsmart yes, they do clean ears of hair, as for anything further it depends on if they need cleaning and if you are paying for a higher priced package. Refer to the website for packages. I usually paid for Top Dog or Top Dog Plus packages. Good luck. :)

If you happen to find a nice employee they will but also charge you a small fee. Then again they could say no.... Sorry its vague but to be honest it depends where and when you go and who the person is. Perhaps a vocational school would be more obliging.
