Where is my package that was GUARANTEED to arrive on Saturday August 18th? The package left the Durham facility and from there has it disappeared? What am I paying PRIME for? This is totally ridiculous! Do you hire drivers that can’t use GPS?

Amazon has PACE for the logistics which then has multiple couriers. The driver has there own route. They deliver to multiple Post offices in NC and VA. UPS and FedEx are also used also. Then sometimes UPS and FedEx have contracts with different couriers also. So it's alot of different factor also. I use to work there. It's a nightmare when stuff is not running correctly. Weather, drivers, miss deliveries, time, accidents, barcode errors, late trucks, and etc.
