My brother hasn't worked for Amazon since August but is worried about his W2 as the system online has wiped his account. He was set up for digital W2s. Will Amazon mail it to him?

It will most likely be mailed to his home address since he doesn't have access to the ADP portal. I recommend calling the Employee Resource Center for confirmation though.
