The barbecued pork is really lean and does not have sauce on it, you add the sauce when is ordered, if you really wanted to be healthy food you could eat it without sauce but it's a lot better with it. There is also a salad bar with the typical items to choose from, there are also plenty of vegetables to choose from.
If I was looking to go extremely healthy,I would probably not go to a barbeque joint to begin with. But the do have veggies and a salad option,and I believe they also offer a veggie plate..
