Hi, I am interested in getting a camera that will allow me to use a remote shutter to take pics of hummingbirds. Don't really want to spend a whole lot. What would you have available to allow me to do this?

Try looking at a Canon M50. You can use your cell phone as a remote shutter control (with an app), however you would need a tripod, a fast lense, and a humming bird feeder.
