Most of the cottages are brand new and yes they are understaffed this year, just like every other business in the USA.
They are understaffed at the moment... sorry u cant get thru..they are doing their best. Cottages are cute and confy and everything works as it should..full kitchens/ kitchenetts in cabins.. bring own bedding.i will screen shot this and send it to managment...someone will get bk to u asap.
It sucks too many fleas in the cottage . I was in a very old pullout couch..like 1950s. And the water pressure sucks..
The family and I went last week did not stay in a cottage but they looked nice. Very disappointed that the arcade was only open on the weekend having stayed a week and also the ice cream stand never opened. If you have kids I would wait until next year when they are staffed.
