Have been coming here since I was young and now I share this place with my son. Staff is always upbeat and positive very helpful but the prices are high now even for a rustic. You can rent a house on the lake now for the weekly rate they charge such a shame.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had reason to speak a few times over the two weeks of our stay. We love the smell of cedar and pine at our site. Our campsite was big rig friendly, deep and wide enough to be spaced from other campers and their RV's. Some campsites would be a challenge for Class A rigs to back in. Our camp site was level, there were a few roots but didn't distract from the quality of our stay. We were self-contained and didn't use the public bathrooms or laundry but it said it was open to the public and stayed very busy. We were told it took credit cards which is nice for travelers. We recommend this campground. It was quiet and comfortable camping during the week but not on the holiday weekend. Do not bring a family here then. It's very loud with music, partying of all kinds by the seasonal owners until many hours past midnight. They are probably 75% of the sites.

My grandchildren and daughter love it and we have the best neighbors I am enjoying this seasonal so much

This is the first time in this Camp Ground and was kind of worried concerning the negative reviews left by others. When arriving into the camp ground the welcome center is located before you enter the grounds ( before the security gate). The staff were very welcoming and answered all our questions. We got to our site and found it to be well maintained and easy to get too. The site was big enough to accommodate our camper and truck. The sites are pretty big unlike many campground we been too. We took advantage of the beach on the river as it was the only way to beat the heat and could not complain. We did not used non of the facilities, But we did attend country night held at their pavilion and it was great time. As young campers we did enjoy how lively the camp ground was. We will return for sure.

We dont want to get hammered we just need to get away !!
A lot of campgrounds don't open til the beginning of May and some wait til Memorial Day.. just called and talked with Darryl and they opened on the 15th of April.. 😊
It takes me a half an hour to get there from Manchester New Hampshire.
The sites vary as they are sold like real estate. Best to contact the main office and see whats available.
Check office
Find Amber she is a huge help or go into the general store they can help you inside
Had horribly experience. Was to be vacation and left on 3rd day . No staff around .seasonal people were very rude and very busy traffic. No pool beach is rocky and small. To many golf carts. Will never go back
Most of the cottages are brand new and yes they are understaffed this year, just like every other business in the USA.
It all depends on time of year, in season/ off season, if you need full hook ups or tent site etc. But tent sites start aprox $43 a day, full hook up starts at $57 a day. These are aprox prices... Again more information is needed to give an exact total. So the best suggestion would be to reach out to the office and they can give the exact $ and availability for what you want
They do but you wud have to call to see if there is any available right now
You could probably bring a air mattress 👍
Over $4,000 a year and it goes up every year and that's why I am not seasonal there. You have to pay your own electric and cable or dish if you have it. I go there for one month every summer and that's it. I like it because it's not far from the beach so I can go to Hampton Beach if I want to in about 20 minutes.
Yes but no more slides golf skate park.If all you want is a campsite its fine. Laundry rm GROSS. Owners not very friendly
2 adults and two children usually..but call them they are pretty flexible..hope this answer was helpful
Stove top, small oven, sink, bring your own grill. Even the small rustic cabin has the stove.
